I have found that aging is one of the easiest things I've ever done. I just sit here and it happens! It is also one of the hardest things I have ever done as I watch my mind struggle with things that used to come easy, and my body refuse to do things it did a few years ago without complaint. I am here to walk with you as you face the inevitable changes that come with too many birthdays.
